Terms of service

These terms cover the use of this website and the quoting and booking of work. Last updated 2026.

1. Who we are

Baptiste Plumbing Service is a licensed plumbing contractor based in Brantford, Ontario, owned and operated by David Baptiste. You can reach us on (289) 659-1592 or at baptisteplumbingservice@gmail.com.

2. Using this website

The information here describes the services we offer and is provided in good faith. It is general information about plumbing work, not advice for your specific situation. Do not rely on it in place of having someone look at the actual problem, and never attempt work that requires a licensed plumber.

We keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current at every moment. Prices, availability and service areas can change.

3. Quotes and bookings

Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A job is booked when we have spoken with you and agreed a time.

Nothing on this site is a quote. We quote after understanding the job, and the figure we agree with you before work starts is the figure you pay. If something is found once work begins that changes the price, we will stop and talk to you before continuing.

4. Payment and cancellation

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If you need to cancel or move a booking, call as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else.

5. Workmanship

We are licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. If something we installed or repaired fails, call us and we will put it right. This does not cover damage from misuse, from work done by someone else afterwards, or from a pre-existing fault we advised you about and were not asked to fix.

6. Limits

Our responsibility is limited to the work we carried out and the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law or limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing here is intended to.
