Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what we do with it. It is written to reflect Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). Last updated 2026.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what you type into our contact or booking forms: your name, phone number, email address, service address where you provide one, and whatever you tell us about the job. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, quote the work, schedule a visit and carry out the job. If you become a customer we keep the record so we have a history of what was done at your property. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

3. Sharing your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where it is necessary to do the work you asked for, for example a supplier delivering a part to your address, or where we are required to by law. Form submissions pass through our email provider in transit.

4. The map on our Service Areas page

That page embeds a map from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, in the same way it would if you visited Google Maps directly. That is the only third-party content anywhere on this site. If you would rather not load it, the same information is written out as a list of towns beside the map.

5. Keeping it secure, and your choices

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, and take reasonable steps to protect it. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it.
